This space is created to diffuse these cancers of the mind and in effect, prevent cancer from manifesting in our bodies.
We are stronger than these diseases, i believe in neuroplasticity and our power to nurture healthy positive minds. 💪🧠⚡️

Back Story
Papa had 3 cancers in the last 4 years, it was devastating, depressing and difficult. A lot of my future plans were halted since funds were used to curing the disease. Psychosocial disability and pessimistic loved ones were contagious. I escaped to places and temporary pleasures to regain my lost joy and free-spirit --- only to find more depression, violence, hostility and rage. Finally, i needed to seek professional help. Introspecting and studying Psychology to better cope and help my loved ones. Sharing with you my notes for healing and development here. Feel free to help yourself. 🤗
